Financial Operations Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage relationships with external fund providers and support our business partners in their financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management or investment funds, and possess strong analytical skills.

A successful background in managing complex relationships and resolving queries is essential for this position. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service is also crucial.

  • Manage legal, administrative, and financial relationships with external fund providers for our B2B business partners.
  • Test new services and enhancements through Business Acceptance Testing.
  • Handle billing processes and ensure records match through Reconciliation.
  • Address and resolve queries through Query Management.

Key requirements include:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management or investment funds.
  • A good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with testing tools such as JIRA and ALM is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • German and/or French is a plus.
