">Commercial Lines Support Role

The primary objective of this position is to provide proactive support to the Commercial Lines team in achieving income and sales targets, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage renewal lists and mid-term adjustments to ensure timely completion and meet business objectives.
  • Provide assistance to the Commercial Lines team and clients as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with all management audit requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Relationship Management:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions with external and internal customers, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding tasks, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Team Collaboration:
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by being flexible, committed to shared goals, and open to feedback and suggestions.
  • Work collaboratively to meet and exceed monthly/yearly targets, promoting a culture of excellence and achievement.
