Job Overview

A quantity surveyor role has become available in our Cork office, working on a large-scale residential build project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial aspects of the project, including cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in QS role within construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and contract law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software.
