Residential Development Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team on a large-scale residential project in Cork. This is a 2-year fixed-term role ideal for an ambitious engineer looking to work on a high-quality residential scheme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Setting out for foundations, groundworks, RC frames, services, and house plots
- Coordinate and manage site drawings and surveys
- Oversee subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor groundworks and civil engineering contractors
- Maintain detailed site records and QA documentation
- Liaise closely with site and project teams to support timely and high-quality delivery
- 2–3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Degree (Level 8) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- RC frame experience desirable
- Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
