Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to fill this pivotal commercial management position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
  • Prepare and administer tender packages, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure commercial targets are met
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to drive value-added solutions
  • Compile regular reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to optimize cost efficiency and value engineering
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' post-graduate experience, preferably in residential projects with a main contractor or developer
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in managing multi-unit housing/apartment developments
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
