Job Description

The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and ensuring organisational delivery of quality results.

They will assist in the development of tools and reports to analyse and run the business, including workflow optimisations, workforce management, and volume predictions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
