Job Title: Care Management Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing two residential services that provide care and support to young people.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of care services to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise a team of staff members to guarantee excellent service delivery.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with HIQA regulations and standards.
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance service delivery and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service integration.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold a QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a management qualification in Health/Social Care or currently studying for it.
  • Demonstrate minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory/management capacity.
  • Have strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
