About the Job:

  • Nurture strong relationships with customers through professional and friendly engagement.
  • Process orders, provide pricing information, and handle prepay bookings with precision and efficiency.
  • Schedule engineer visits for technical support and service calls effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of security systems is a valuable asset.
  • Possess strong multitasking skills and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless customer issue resolution.
