Job Title: Senior HR Project Manager

At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned and highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of Time and Absence modules into Workday across multiple locations.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to utilize their expertise in project management techniques and tools to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with HR and key stakeholders on projects that support strategic objectives, developing project work plans, and revising them as necessary to meet business needs and requirements.

Additionally, they will be expected to create processes, tools, and templates for project identification, execution, and handoff within the HR function. Regular project updates will be provided through close working relationships with HR Operations and stakeholders.

Skillful delivery with strong change management skills is essential for this role, particularly when interacting with employees, contingent workers, people managers, and other stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities include coordinating project elements, documenting progress, providing regular implementation status updates, and following established methodologies and standards for project management and problem-solving techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline, along with 10+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role. Prior experience applying project management techniques within an HR function is highly preferred.

A Project Management Certification (PMP) is required, and experience with Workday is also preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio is essential, as well as knowledge and application of project management techniques and tools.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems are also required. The ability to influence and communicate across multiple levels and regions of a global organization is crucial.

Lastly, the candidate must possess the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business with various stakeholder groups.
