Job Title: Clients Claims Advocate
">- Develop and maintain effective relationships with corporate clients to deliver a superior claims service.
- Promote the best interests of clients while achieving optimal outcomes for all claims.
- Foster a culture of customer care, efficiency, compliance, and teamwork within the organization.
- Manage liability claims for corporate clients across various lines of business.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine cause and liability.
- Develop and implement agreed claims handling protocols.
- Collaborate with insurers, solicitors, and other specialists to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
- Provide training and support to enhance performance in the role.
- Technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the claims environment, including the Injuries Board and Irish legal system.
- Hold relevant qualifications such as APA minimum, CIP beneficial, and ACII desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
