Property Legal Specialist

Seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join our team in Dublin City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion, including title investigation, drafting contracts, and liaison with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions.
This role may suit a Solicitor looking to reduce long hours and work closer to home while working with a stable and interesting client base. We can offer 1 day per week working from home if that is a preference.
Responsibilities- Manage residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
- Draft and review legal documents such as sale/purchase contracts, leases, deeds, and planning documentation
- Ensure compliance with Irish property law, Land Registry requirements, and Law Society regulations
We are seeking someone who can provide clear, timely legal advice to clients, maintaining high professional standards and building long-term relationships.
