
Automotive Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and leverage supplier partnerships to drive commercial performance and improve supply quality.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and strategic meetings to foster collaboration and alignment on shared goals.
- Support suppliers by helping them make effective supply and pricing decisions to maximise revenue and profitability for both the supplier and the company.
- Account manage the Independent Supply inbox, taking overall responsibility for all aspects of each supplier's brand and content.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness in all supplier interactions, identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and profitability for both the supplier and the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years relevant experience in a similar account management role, ideally within an industry where strategic supplier or client partnerships are critical to business success.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trust-based, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Highly self-directed and motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical mindset and high level of numeracy, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable plans that support supplier success and enhance the customer experience.
- Experience in data analysis, either through professional experience or academic studies.
