We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Service Support Worker.

As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with physical disabilities to participate fully in their communities.

You will work closely with our clients to identify and achieve their personal goals, providing support and facilitating activities that promote independence, social inclusion, and personal development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support individual young adults in line with our person-centred approach and through Personal Goals work.
  • Deliver group workshops and activities based on the choices and needs of young adults.
  • Assist with safe transportation and daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 completed modules of QQI level 5 (Major Award) Care Support or similar qualification.
  • Full Driver's Licence required for transporting service users.
