Electrical Site Manager Role

This position plays a vital role in the delivery of large-scale solar projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of works.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance across the site.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspections, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory and client standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on utility-scale solar or similar electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., trade certs, degree, or equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and commissioning processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications.
