Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to individuals struggling with debt or financial difficulties.

About the Role:

The Financial Advisor will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service, providing expert advice and support to individuals in need. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their financial situations and develop tailored solutions to address their debts and improve their financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, identifying areas of vulnerability and developing effective solutions to address these issues.
  • To work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and develop tailored plans to address their debts and improve their financial stability.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and update case files accordingly.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives to enhance the organization's offering.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of personal finance and debt management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience of working with vulnerable individuals, including those experiencing poverty, homelessness, or mental health issues.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A full-time salary scale: €38,773 - €55,855 (including 2 long service increments), pro-rata for part-time staff.
  • Annual leave: 26 – 29 days (after 5 years' service).
  • Pension scheme: 7% employer contribution, mandatory membership.
  • Incremental credit process: opportunities for career progression based on competencies and employment history.
