  • Collaborate with departmental managers for a seamless guest experience.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to maximize sales and room occupancy.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
