The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's reception area. This includes managing the front desk, handling guest queries, and ensuring that all staff are trained to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with hotel standards.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, cash handling, reservations, and guest queries.
  • Train and monitor the performance of reception staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems.
