
Front Office Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's reception area. This includes managing the front desk, handling guest queries, and ensuring that all staff are trained to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with hotel standards.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, cash handling, reservations, and guest queries.
- Train and monitor the performance of reception staff.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel software systems.
