
Hotel Reception Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage our hotel reception. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception, managing guest relations and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the front office team to ensure high standards of service
- Coordinating with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Preparing staff rosters and scheduling efficiently
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Reception Manager in a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
