Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and lead front desk operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations in line with department and hotel standards ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee front desk functions including check-in/check-out, cash handling, reservations and guest queries maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate billing and charging of business accounts and train reception staff accordingly.
  • Deliver excellent friendly service to guests at all times enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Train monitor and develop the performance of the reception team.
  • Develop product knowledge of the hotel and its facilities.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle complaints promptly effectively and professionally.
  • Balance verify payments accurately.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Manager to maximize sales occupancy and room rate.
Requirements
  • Previous reception management experience in a 4/5-star hotel preferably with hot soft technology.
  • Friendly welcoming and passionate about customer service.
  • Proactive approach to selling.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
