Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and lead front desk operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations in line with department and hotel standards ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee front desk functions including check-in/check-out, cash handling, reservations and guest queries maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate billing and charging of business accounts and train reception staff accordingly.
- Deliver excellent friendly service to guests at all times enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Train monitor and develop the performance of the reception team.
- Develop product knowledge of the hotel and its facilities.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle complaints promptly effectively and professionally.
- Balance verify payments accurately.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to maximize sales occupancy and room rate.
- Previous reception management experience in a 4/5-star hotel preferably with hot soft technology.
- Friendly welcoming and passionate about customer service.
- Proactive approach to selling.
- Excellent attention to detail.
