Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our business in the Life Sciences industry.

  • Business Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, monitor market trends, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Achieving Financial Objectives: Drive activities to achieve financial targets, participate in setting pricing strategies, manage region business within budgeted expense levels.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure customer needs are communicated and interpreted into all facets of our organization, interact regularly with other functional leaders to ensure process improvements are implemented effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree: Chemistry, Biology, Science, or Engineering required.
  • Sales experience: Demonstratable successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences market with responsibility for multiple products.
  • Managerial experience: Demonstratable successful managerial experience.
  • Sales support skills: Significant sales support skills and experience including dealing with complex multifaceted sales situations effectively utilizing a team approach.
