Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Lead the human resources function in a busy organization, overseeing all aspects of recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, payroll processing, and relationship building across various levels of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key positions.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to equip staff with the necessary skills for career growth.
  • Create and execute an employee engagement strategy to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Manage payroll budgets and processes through efficient Time and Attendance systems.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive approach with strong self-motivation.
  • Advanced qualifications in HRM, Business, or related fields.
  • Certification in Industrial Relations is preferred.
  • Expertise in driving employee engagement and motivation.
  • Experience in managing payroll and costs effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
