Human Resource Manager Role

About the Opportunity:

This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the success of our organization as a Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment and selection, including internal hiring and succession planning.

The Human Resource Manager will drive Training and Development amongst the staff to ensure that our talent is ready to take the next steps in their careers. They will create and drive the engagement strategy within the hotel, maintaining employee compliance standards and proper HR Records and documentation.

The role also involves overseeing payroll processing through the Time and Attendance system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all recruitment and selection processes
  • Drive Training and Development amongst staff
  • Create and drive engagement strategy
  • Maintain employee compliance standards
  • Process payroll through Time and Attendance system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in a customer-focused environment
  • Proactive by nature and self-motivated
  • Hold a 3rd level qualification in HRM, Business or similar
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Experience in driving employee engagement
  • Experience in payroll and cost management
  • Able to build relationships and influence at all levels of the business
