Job Role:

The Procurement Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth inventory management at the point of use. This individual works collaboratively within a team environment to maintain strict replenishment schedules.

  • Utilizes barcode scanning systems to reserve stock and guarantee efficient inventory control.
  • Lends support in Goods Inwards as required, assisting with unloading deliveries and distributing stock cages.
  • Maintains accurate inventory storage systems and participates in regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Employs ICT Procurement Systems (Punch-out and SAP) to streamline service delivery processes.
  • Provides administrative assistance to line managers and implements new systems as directed.
  • Applies Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to meet deadlines and maintain high service standards.

Requirements: 2+ years experience in a similar work environment, proficiency in SAP, manual handling abilities.
