Our company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a 14-month maternity cover contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a passion for wellness and premium brands, and enjoy building strong client relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our presence within the luxury spa sector, building strategic partnerships, driving market share, and strengthening our reputation for excellence. They will work closely with clients as a trusted advisor, while promoting our commitment to sustainability, wellness, and forward-thinking innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and onboard new B2B clients within the luxury spa, hotel, and wellness industry in Ireland.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular contact, support, and account management.
  • Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal marketing, training, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform business strategy.
  • Uphold and promote our values of excellence, authenticity, and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the professional spa industry, ideally in a luxury B2B area.
  • A relationship-focused individual with a proven ability to drive sales and nurture accounts.
  • Passion for organic skincare, luxury wellness, and sustainability.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full driver's license.
