Business Development Manager for Luxury Brands

The role of Business Development Manager for luxury brands involves cultivating strategic partnerships and driving market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients within the luxury spa, hotel, and wellness industry in Ireland.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular contact and support.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, training, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor industry trends to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the professional spa industry, preferably in a luxury B2B area.
  • A relationship-focused individual with a proven ability to drive sales and nurture accounts.
  • Passion for organic skincare, luxury wellness, and sustainability.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full driver's license.
