We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in a world-class MedTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and provide advanced technical support to enhance Quality, Service, and Cost optimization using Value-Centered Engineering and Six Sigma tools.
  • Act as a technical lead on product and process issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Lead process validation activities including IQ, OQ, PQ, VP, Gauge R&R, etc.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and documentation aligned to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Coordinate cross-functional Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) and transfer processes across facilities.
  • Provide engineering mentorship to technicians, operators, and engineers.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives and lead value stream projects as assigned.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments (preferably MedTech).
  • Proven project management skills and hands-on experience in Process Validation and Problem Solving (Six Sigma).
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, driven, and collaborative mindset with excellent leadership, decision-making, and influencing abilities.
