About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer system-directed calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all call information according to company procedure.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Process payments, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate delivery bookings.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customers.
