Job Title: Member Services Officer

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through various channels.

  • Key responsibilities include processing digital membership applications, handling member queries, and managing electronic payment files.
  • Additional duties involve assisting with digital current account applications, overseeing deceased account and account transfer processes, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to cooperate with the manager in developing and implementing new technology or services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Possess a QFA or APA qualification, or be willing to obtain it if not already held.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging effectively with members and colleagues.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude is required.
  • Candidates must possess a customer-focused approach at all times and have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel, is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and find effective solutions are also required.
