Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Design Engineer to design high-speed communication products at data rates up to and exceeding 112 Gbps on leading-edge technology nodes.
  • The ideal candidate will participate in the architecture & implementation of high-speed communication protocols (PCIe, UCIe).

About the Role:

  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including architecture, circuit design, layout development, RTL design & Validation, Physical design & Test chip development.
  • The successful candidate will interact closely with Technical Team Leads in digital design, verification and SERDES architectures.
  • Cross-team collaboration with global teams is essential for this role, which involves working with teams across different time-zones.

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in CMOS SERDES or high-speed I/O IC design and development.
  • Familiarity with common SERDES standards is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in RTL design & synthesis is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
