This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic Not-for-Profit organisation as an HR Manager on a 14-month Maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering HR strategies that drive business outcomes. This role requires strong Employee Relations and Change Management skills, with the ability to collaborate with the Executive Management Team to deliver results.

Main Objectives:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the Organisation's strategic plan
  • Support the Executive Management Team through change management programmes
  • Ownership of the recruitment policy, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent

A Degree or Masters level qualification in HR, Business Studies, Management, Commerce or Psychology and CIPD membership is required. A minimum of five years proven experience in HR is also essential. Experience operating at a senior level is desirable.
