
Enterprise Business Development Representative

A career-driven Sales Representative sought to spearhead enterprise growth through prospecting and relationship-building.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering connections with target customer segments, driving business expansion, and collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Prospect for new business opportunities, generating leads that will turn into closed deals.
- Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound outreach efforts via phone calls, emails, webinars, and campaigns.
- Identify and understand each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and handoffs to account executives.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
- 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar commercial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, growth mindset, and strong relationships skills
- Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced environment
