Opportunity for Health and Safety Professional
Job Summary:- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture across the workforce through effective communication and organisational skills.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training as required to enhance staff development and knowledge sharing.
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all health and safety documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legislation, liaising with site teams, management, and external bodies as necessary.
- 3+ years experience in a Health and Safety role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Relevant Health and Safety qualification (e.g. Diploma in Health and Safety, NEBOSH, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Irish health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence.
