As a Telecom Infrastructure Innovator, you'll conceptualize, design, build, deploy, and maintain Amazon Connect's telecom infrastructure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive key business and engineering decisions, leveraging your expertise in telecom subject matter. Your passion for innovation will help us deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in major internet routing protocols
  • 4+ years of experience working in a Linux/Unix environment
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in a large-scale environment
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in telecom network design, focused on SIP protocol, VoIP technologies, and telecom network operations
