Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing and growing high-value accounts in the Irish market. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to build and execute customer relationship strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts in the Irish telecom market.
  • Develop and execute customer relationship strategies with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Lead new business development while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Influence customer strategies and identify long-term strategic opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, design transaction models, and oversee deals from initiation to delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development.
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and project operations.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of telecom solutions and services.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with Cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, modern work tools, or ICT innovations.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Social Selling.
  • Track record of working with global enterprise accounts and managing vendor partnerships.
