Main Responsibilities:- Communication and Collaboration
- Cultivate strong relationships with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Reservations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the reservation process.
- Continuous Improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Education and Experience
- Degree in Hospitality or related field (desired).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
