**Job Title:** Process Manager

**Overview:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving process efficiency and productivity.

 

The Process Manager will be responsible for advising, challenging and assisting cement process performance across the CRH cement plant portfolio. They will recommend operational and industrial process improvements to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximize profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve process efficiency and productivity
  • Recommend operational and industrial process improvements
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and process audits
  • Coordinate performance tests on operating plant systems
  • Provide assistance to management to ensure Plants operate within environmental and quality performance regulations
  • Prepare reports on process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization

 

Requirements:

 

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mining, Process, Mechanical, Chemistry) is required. A minimum of 15 years' experience in cement manufacturing with experience in Cement plants and in Central/Support function is also necessary.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of cement production processes
  • Solid background in Process Design
  • Ability to challenge local operation teams & managers in terms of performance and productivity
  • Experience with process measurement tools and techniques
  • High level of knowledge and determination to support cost leadership
