Overview

This role involves completion of daily, weekly and monthly activities as listed on the checklist. Tasks may include cross-cover support within the team, input into ongoing reviews of procedures and control models, and maintenance of books and records in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks accurately and manage workloads within tight deadlines.
  • Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to support colleagues.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Perform other processes as required with growth in client base or changes to operating mode.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in payments, cash management or operations environment is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Experience working in a controlled, deadline-driven environment is essential.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success.
