Executive Chef Opportunity

In this senior role, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple sections of the kitchen to high standards.

About the Role
  • Develop the kitchen team through effective communication and leadership.
  • Oversee the preparation of dishes from start to finish, ensuring quality and presentation meet expectations.
  • Maintain impeccable mise en place, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Liaise with team members to ensure tasks are completed as agreed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced chef with a passion for great food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar senior role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple sections of the kitchen.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
