
Benefits Administrator

As a Benefits Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and administering our employee benefits programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, implement ongoing communications, and provide support for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist with plan design review, including implementing open enrollment processes and partnering with the Workday team on configuration updates.
- Support ongoing benefit activities, including data analysis and collaboration with the Workday team on configuration updates.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize employee benefit data and trends; Assist in tracking benefit costs and preparing benefit cost analyses.
- Evaluate and implement wellbeing programs to support employees; Oversee and promote Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and other initiatives as required.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in technology or fast growth companies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of benefit plan administration, including experience with Workday
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing administration of benefits, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, DOL, and IRS requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presenting benefits information in an easily understood way
- Solid analytical capability, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to identify, assess, and analyze opportunities in our current offerings and processes, and make recommendations for improvements
- A customer-focused mindset, identifying employee needs and developing recommendations to support employees
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
