Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to lead and deliver high-quality HR services across the full employee life cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to provide excellent HR services.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and client teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Implement effective HR operations and compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes engagement, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • CIPD accreditation or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
