We are seeking a skilled Localization Account Manager to join our AM Enterprise Team on a fully remote basis. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business lines that align with our values of transparency, automation, and global delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to maximize lifetime value and profitability.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and define account goals, objectives, and strategic perspectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure seamless transitions.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet or exceed their objectives.
- Maintain open communication with customers to address satisfaction and anticipate potential issues.
- Evaluate account profitability and drive customer retention.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain trust.
- Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an enterprise/key account manager with a track record of establishing, growing, and developing targeted clients at the enterprise level.
- Prior experience within the localization industry is essential; knowledge of the industry is required.
- Experience in relationship development and the full life cycle of sales development and providing solutions based on understanding customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Fluency in English and another language; fluency in Italian is a plus.
- Excellent computer and web skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
