- Developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Driving the achievement of both qualitative and quantitative targets for system offerings.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales organization.
- Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Ensuring a comprehensive and competitive offering that aligns with strategic guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors, ideally with a focus on grid integration or power systems.
- A strong understanding of high-voltage direct current (HVDC), substations, or related grid technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams across diverse markets and cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with project-based sales cycles and complex solution selling.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
