Our Installation Technicians play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by installing and servicing broadband and TV systems to homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland.
As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Installing telecommunication cable and equipment as per training
- Delivering an excellent customer experience from initial phone call to job completion
- Using field apps to report back on activity and works completed
- Upskilling and attending various training courses
- Taking due care to prevent loss or damage when working on a customer's property
- Reporting any accident, incidents or damage that may occur and escalating any issue to Management in a timely manner
- Tracking faults using devices and tools provided
- Using power tools and ladders safely
- Maintaining a clean and presentable appearance always
- Adhering to and maintaining compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work
- A full manual driver's license is required
- Full training provided
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills required
- Time Management: must be able to plan and execute routine maintenance activities as well as responding to trouble shooting requests and unexpected equipment issues
- Problem solving skills: A good technician can identify issues and source information to resolve issues quickly
- KPI focused and willing to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business
