Role Purpose
This team is responsible for the installation and service of broadband systems to homes and businesses, delivering exceptional customer service and installation support.
Full training is provided.
A full driver's license is required to be considered for this role.

Principal Responsibilities
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work.
Ensure you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you.
Install and service broadband products to a standard set out by the Client.
Work to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set out by both the Client and Actavo.
Deliver a first-class customer experience and positively promote the brand, through on-site performance.

Education/Qualifications
A full, clean driver's license is required
Skills & Competencies
Technical: Good literacy, numeric and IT skills; Technical/Installations minded
Interpersonal: Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Business Skills: Communication, Time Management, Project Management and Planning, Customer Service
Personal: Target driven to deliver on KPIs; Able to work at heights; Understand and adhere to health and safety policies; High quality standards; Exceptional customer focus; Flexible; Professional representation of the company
