Business Analyst for HR Systems

This role is a key opportunity to shape and support innovative HR processes and platforms.

We are seeking an expert with a strong background in Core HR processes and technology, particularly Workday HCM, to partner with HR teams and IT professionals to deliver business solutions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and prioritize business needs.
  • Develop clear and actionable business requirements to inform solution designs.
  • Support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with business goals.
  • Provide end-user support for Workday HCM, ensuring customer-centric query resolutions.
  • Manage escalations for technical issues and leverage ticket trends to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Core HR processes and technology in a global environment.
