  • We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on technologies such as SQL and business process improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for both support and ongoing development, requiring regular meetings with the customer to discuss their needs. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in both IT and business analysis, and strengthen your stakeholder engagement skills.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Build deep knowledge of client's HR technologies and business processes they support
  • Provide proactive application support, including system administration and issue resolution
  • Actively manage any system issues that occur, identifying and implementing the best possible solution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Participate in change initiatives, attending workshops, designing enhancements, and delivering implementations

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong interest in using technology to solve real-world business challenges is essential. At least 2 years' experience working in a technical or systems-focused role within a business or enterprise environment is required.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Strong understanding of SQL and ability to extract, join, filter, and update data
  • Experience navigating relational databases to support business operations or system enhancements
  • Confident communication skills (including fluent English), self-starting and self-motivation, leadership and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming and object-oriented principles
  • Understanding of software development life cycles, particularly waterfall
  • Experience writing and executing test cases
  • Exposure to enterprise application development tools used for configuring and extending HR systems, such as low-code platforms or metadata-driven frameworks
  • Knowledge of version control systems
