Technical Transformation Lead

This exciting opportunity to lead technical delivery on large-scale HR technology transformation projects, powered by Workday, is a key position within the team.

The ideal candidate will have senior managerial level experience in HR technology, with strong expertise in Workday integrations and knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and policies. They will also have a track record of delivering HR technology projects in large organisations.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and build of Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors), translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, defining integration strategies, overseeing testing and deployment, managing data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems, mentoring and guiding a team of integration specialists, driving project delivery from planning through to implementation, and partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, Service Now or UKG is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
