Project Manager Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction activity from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing new build residential projects, including overseeing the implementation of building regulations and specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading toolbox talks, liaising with trades teams and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our high-quality residential projects.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Relevant project management qualifications and experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of construction site management principles and practices

You should also possess good IT skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
