Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional with proven new build experience to take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Role:

  • Deliver construction projects efficiently and effectively, coordinating with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure health and safety compliance, minimizing potential hazards and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Oversee labor organization and subcontractor coordination, streamlining processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with engineers, review construction drawings, and survey sites to ensure all aspects of the project are well-planned and executed.
  • Play an active role in contract negotiations, securing favorable terms and conditions for our client.

The Person:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or Construction Project Manager with new build projects (essential).
  • Strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods, including building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated with excellent team-building skills, able to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, with a focus on quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability, able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety excellence.
