We are seeking a skilled technical professional to maximize the success and return on investment for our strategic customers. This role requires delivering professional and customized proactive support services to help customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored support services to meet customer needs, maximizing customer adoption and utilization of our solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proactive and customized support services to meet customer needs
  • Maximize customer adoption and utilization of our solutions through effective collaboration and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting Information Technology in a large enterprise environment or working directly with large enterprise clients
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting SSO (SAML) solutions in enterprise environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Server and Desktop Infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and OS and network troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently
